We offer standard home delivery within 3-5 business days and express shipping for urgent orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over 299 NIS.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our chart to ensure the perfect fit for your body type.
